2011 North Florida Regional Scholastic Chess Championship

The 2011 FSCL North Regional Championship will be held January 23^rd at the Paramount Plaza Hotel and Conference Center at 2900 SW 13^th Street in Gainesville, Florida. 

• On site registration will be from 7:30am to 8:30am. 
• USCF membership is required for all. FSCL membership is required for all team awards.
• There will be four sections: K-1, K-3, K-5 and K-12.
• Team score will equal the top four boards, (with a minimum of two).
• Trophies to the top 3 teams each section & top 10 individuals in each section
• The early entry fee is $25.00 per participant if received by January 21, 2011.    Thereafter the entry fee will be $40.00 per participant prior to the event or onsite.
• A ½ point bye is available for rounds 1-3.

• The opening ceremony will be at 8:45am. 
• USCF rated: 4/SS

  • Round 1 @  9:00     G/45
  • Round 2  @ 10:45   G/45 
  • Round 3  @ 12:45   G/60
  • Round 4  @  3:00    G/60
  • Awards Ceremony directly after round 4
